explicitly stated here below.
In particular, you ARE NOT ALLOWED to redistribute GPSimply in any form.

You ARE ALLOWED to download the current version of GPSimply and use it for private use
(see Disclaimer) at no charge.
NEVERTHELESS, if you find it useful, I kindly ask you to consider that even a simple program
like GPSimply requires a non negligible effort for the development; therefore, if you find GPSimply useful
(i.e. you want to continue to use it), you may find correct to sustain
the author's work with a SMALL DONATION:

herebelow, specially if you can report about your experience with GPSimply.
